Refund & Return Policy

At Real Gems LLC (Steele Gems), we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

• Returns: We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

• Custom Work & 18k Gold: Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed jewelry and 18k gold commissions, these sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

• Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insured shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

• Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
